A web-based service that records the amount of fertilizer, water, energy, etc. that generate greenhouse gases (GHG) during the production-processing-transportation process of coffee and calculates and shows the amount of carbon generated in real-time
Low-carbon coffee beans that significantly reduce carbon emissions in the entire production process of coffee and provide production information and carbon generation information through QR codes in the package
Is Coffee the main reason of the climate crisis?!
26% of all greenhouse gas emissions come from the agricultural and food sectors, of which coffee is the second-highest carbon-emitting crop. (source: ourworldindata)
Endangered coffee due to the climate crisis
It is predicted that half of coffee producing areas will not be able to produce coffee due to climate change in 2050.1) It is analyzed that coffee will be extinct by 2080.2)
Direct impact on the livelihoods of small farmers in production areas
Coffee production is mainly in Latin America, Africa, and South-East Asia, where many developing countries belong, and about 25 million small farmers are responsible for 80% of coffee production.
Limitations of environmental certifications
Currently, environmental certifications include organic certification, Rainforest Alliance, and etc., but there are limitations in measuring, quantifying and proving the environmental changes that result from obtaining these certifications.

Transition to 'Low Carbon Coffee' Production
Train young people in coffee producing areas as low-carbon coffee instructors and investigators to visit coffee producing areas, conduct production surveys, and collect carbon emission data.
Provide carbon reduction consulting tailored to production sites and trainings for producers and detailed guidelines for switching to low-carbon coffee in order to establish and implement carbon reduction plans with farmers.
Strive to reduce carbon emissions throughout the entire process by introducing climate-reponsive farming methods, utilizing renewable energy, avoiding air transportation, and using biodegradable/non-wood eco-friendly packaging.
Research and Development of Coffee Carbon Calculation System
Using a "Crop to Cup" approach, we track, quantify and analyze greenhouse gas emissions generated throughout the entire life cycle of coffee, from the production to the consumption, and further disclose this information transparently through a web-based service.
