I am an Assistant Professor of Real Estate at the Sigmund Weis School of Business, Susquehanna University, where my teaching centers on real estate finance. I teach undergraduate courses in real estate, financial statement analysis, and corporate finance.

My research spans real estate finance, institutional investors, family firms, CEO behavior, and empirical corporate finance. My work has appeared in leading peer-reviewed journals including the Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of International Financial Markets, Institutions and Money, Finance Research Letters, and the Journal of Economics and Business.

I hold a Ph.D. in Finance from Rutgers University, a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor's degree from Sogang University in Seoul, South Korea. Prior to joining Susquehanna University, I held faculty positions at the University of Missouri and Miami University.
