I have tried so many dieting programmes, gym memberships, bootcamps, couch to 5k..

I've been with Kiera for 8 months now and have never felt/looked better both physically and mentally. I now have the confidence to go to the gym on my own and feel comfortable in the weight section.
I've trained with PTs before but I've never clicked with anyone who motivated me more..

My name is Kiera Donnelly and I'm an online female fitness coach!
My goal is to educate females into feeling confident on the gym floor when trying to transform their physique.
I've been there before with doing multiple fitness classes a week and not getting the results I wanted.
I had to learn the ropes myself on the gym floor and push myself out of my comfort zone.
It was when I started moving from classes to training heavy with weights and learning more about my nutrition that has helped me to building my physique today.
I want to get you from A to B quicker than what I did and understand the fundamentals in doing so.
