Sunflower. RIP Rowdy.
The Veto After Being Vetoed:
When Person 1 picks, then Person 2 picks and is vetoed, Person 2 cannot then go and veto Person 1's pick. Once you have a made a selection, you cannot retroactively veto someone who picked prior to you.
The Veto After Numerous Picks Have Been Made:
Should multiple players pick consecutively, and someone vetoes one of those picks within a reasonable time (an hour or two after first looking at their phone and not having been texting throughout these picks), the veto will be honored. The person vetoed may choose someone who was selected after, but cannot retroactively veto the person who picked before him. Should the person choose someone who was selected after him, that person may then select again and choose someone who was picked after him but may not go back and veto someone before. This will be repeated until selections are completely caught up.
The Additional Veto:
Should someone select or veto the wining driver two races in a row, per KIE Rules, that person receives an extra veto. The clock does NOT restart. If someone selects or vetoes the winning driver 3 races in a row, that person receives 2 vetoes. If someone selects or vetoes the winning driver 4 races in a row, that person receives 3 additional vetoes, etc.
Additional Veto Expiration:
The additional vetoes received by selecting or vetoing the wining driver two races in a row expire in the same half in which they were received. For example, if someone receives an additional veto in the first half, it must be used before the 2nd half of the season starts, or it is lost. If an additional veto is awarded at the last race of the first half, it will be counted towards the 2nd half of the season.
Vetoing an Illegal Pick
If a player picks someone who is an illegal selection (picked 4 times already or picked within past 5 races), then the person who vetoed the pick is reimbursed for his veto.
Driver Failing Post Race Inspection:
If a driver fails a post race inspection, then that driver will be awarded the last place of the race. However, if that driver won the race, the person who chose that driver can still earn an extra veto for the next race.
Playoff Vs. Driver Point Standings
For purposes of Outside the Top 20, the driver point standings will be the correct standings. For example, if a driver wins a race like Aric or Kyle when he broke his foot, and is still outside the top 20 in driver standings, a player may subsequently pick the driver if the driver is still outside the top 20 for those purposes.
The Vetoes Prior to Nuclear Excercise
If a player utilizes the nuclear option, then all vetoes still used stand and are counted towards the overall veto count. This vote took place on 3/6 at 7:55 PM with 5 votes passing.
Changing Picks After Pick Pals Thrown
No one shall be able to change picks after a Pick Pals has been thrown with the exception to change an illegally picked driver. This will avoid sabotage and collusion. However, you are still able to nuke after Pick Pals in a grace period.
Trump "Appearance" vs. Tailgating
For Trump rule to take place, he has to be be at the race at some point between Green Flag and Checkered Flag. Showing up before and leaving before Green Flag does not put Trump rule in play and showing up after Checkered Flag also does not make the Trump Rule enforceable.
