Hello! I'm Kyle Coats, a senior at Ravenscroft High School in Raleigh, NC. The past two years, I've dived deep into studying Java along with a multitude of programming languages since elementary school in completing Ravenscroft's Computer science curriculum including acing AP Computer Science A and crafting facial recognition software with a 99% validation accuracy in an advanced AI seminar. Outside of software, I am an Eagle Scout with four Palms (2x the required merit badges; 42), staying active in the troop for the past decade. I'm also a year-round runner, racing the track in every season and tackling distances from 50m to 5000m - My main event is the 400m, with a personal best of 52.96. When I'm not running or coding, you'll find me mountain biking, rowing, or windsurfing.
