Learn About the KTH Support Community 

In the history of clubs, associations, institutions, and community-based organizations, the KidsTeens Hub - KTH Family, also known as the KidsTeens Hub - KTH Community, is committed to maintaining one of the lowest membership fees imaginable.

This highly affordable membership fee is a clear testament that KTH was established primarily to impact lives, uplift humanity, and create meaningful opportunities for children, teenagers, and their caregivers. Our mission is to revolutionise holistic support and care for kids and teens, while providing a robust support system for individuals who are passionate about young people's growth and development, particularly teachers and caregivers.

KTH Community was not created as an exploitative platform. Rather, it was founded on the belief that positive change should be accessible to everyone. Despite our token membership fee, we boldly affirm that the value, benefits, opportunities, support systems, and experiences available within the KTH Community are exceptional and difficult to compare with many existing organizations. This is largely because KTH is blessed with talented, gifted, and solution-oriented individuals from diverse backgrounds who are committed to helping one another succeed in different aspects of life.

Over the years, through extensive research, practical experiences, and continuous interaction with people from various walks of life, we have gained valuable insights into the attitudes, values, and relationships that contribute to individual and collective success. Consequently, we deemed it necessary to create different membership categories to accommodate people with varying levels of commitment, interests, and alignment with the vision of the KTH Community.

Our desire is to make KTH an all-inclusive family where everyone has a place, regardless of personality differences, provided they are willing to interact with others respectfully and with integrity.

Although there are two principal membership categories within the KTH Community - Associates and Adherents - we also created an intermediary category known as the Ad-hoc Passage Group (APG), which serves as a bridge between the two.

1. ASSOCIATES

The Associates Membership category is open to everyone who wishes to be associated with the KTH Community for any legitimate reason.

Associates may join to:

- Network with others 

- Support KTH initiatives 

- Promote their ideas, goods, or services 

- Participate in selected activities 

- Explore opportunities within the KTH ecosystem 

- Learn more about the KTH vision and community culture

Associates are not necessarily required to fully embrace or commit themselves to all aspects of KTH's long-term vision and philosophy. However, one quality remains non-negotiable: Integrity.

Regardless of personal beliefs, backgrounds, professions, or interests, every Associate must demonstrate honesty, respect for others, and a willingness to engage ethically within the community.

In essence, the Associates platform is designed as an open and welcoming space for everyone who wishes to connect with the KTH Community while maintaining good character and integrity.

2. AD-HOC PASSAGE GROUP (APG)

 The Ad-hoc Passage Group (APG) serves as a transitional platform between Associates and Adherents.

As its name implies, APG is a passage stage where members are given the opportunity to demonstrate, through their conduct and interactions, whether their values genuinely align with the vision, mission, and culture of the KTH Community.

During this period, attention is given to factors such as:

- Character and attitude 

- Integrity and trustworthiness 

- Respect for fellow members 

- Willingness to cooperate with others 

- Demonstration of genuine care and concern for the community 

- Commitment to the KTH core values

Particular emphasis is placed on the three pillars upon which the KTH Community is built:

- Love 

- Integrity 

- Cooperative Spirit

These three virtues are fundamental to the identity of the KTH Family and remain values we are not willing to compromise.

3. ADHERENTS

 The Adherents category represents a deeper level of commitment within the KTH Community.

Adherents are individuals who have consistently demonstrated that they genuinely believe in the vision, mission, and long-term well-being of the KTH Community. They are trusted members who embody the values of Love, Integrity, and Cooperative Spirit in both words and actions.

Adherents are expected to:

- Show sincere concern for the growth and success of the community 

- Support fellow members where possible 

- Foster unity and positive relationships 

- Promote the ideals and vision of KTH 

- Demonstrate loyalty, maturity, and responsibility

Most importantly, Adherents willingly cultivate an atmosphere of mutual care and support, where genuine love and kindness are extended to others and reciprocated within the community.

CONCLUSION
The KTH Community Membership Structure was carefully designed to accommodate people at different stages of interest, commitment, and personal development while preserving the values that make our community unique.

Whether you choose to join as an Associate, progress through the Ad-hoc Passage Group, or eventually become an Adherent, there is a place for you within the KTH Family.
