Welcome to the KTH Community - Empowering, Kids, Teens, and Caregivers.
KidsTeens Hub - KTH has evolved through several stages of growth to become the vibrant community it is today. The vision was born out of deep passion and enthusiasm from an individual who, though initially expected to pursue a career in engineering, discovered a true calling in education, entertainment, and social impact.
Comrade Emmanuel (also known as Comrade Starry) is a Musicologist, Psychosocial Support Practitioner, and a committed social-impact enthusiast. His passion for education and caregiving was strongly influenced by his parents, who were medical professionals. This early inspiration led him, from the late 2000s and at a relatively young age, into the field of education, where he worked as an art-music educator, freelancing across several primary and secondary schools in Lagos State.
During these formative years, he identified a growing need to inspire and positively engage young people through creative and value-driven approaches. Concerned about the rise of social vices among children and teenagers, both within and outside the school system, he began organizing wholesome activities that brought young people together in safe and engaging environments.
This initiative gradually evolved into a broader vision. In July 2017, the idea of a structured platform for youngsters’ development was formally birthed under the name KidsTeens Hub - KTH - an institution dedicated to promoting young people’s activities and providing holistic support for kids, teens, and their caregivers.
By late 2020, KTH had grown into a vibrant and expanding platform, attracting increased commitment and participation. At this stage, it transitioned from an individual-driven initiative into a collaborative 12-member team, operating both online and offline. The team comprised individuals from diverse backgrounds, united by a shared passion for nurturing young people and supporting those who care for them.
In 2021, KidsTeens Hub - KTH was officially registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), with its objectives centered on organizing impactful activities for youngsters and establishing a strong support system for caregivers.
KTH is a unique and growing family built on three core pillars: Love, Integrity, and Cooperative Spirit. The community promotes equality, shared responsibility, and collective growth. It is important to note that KTH is not defined by a conventional founder model. Rather, it operates with a Vision Bearer - Comrade Emmanuel (Starry) - who works in alignment with the KTH Management Team, the highest decision-making body within the community.
The organizational structure of KTH is best described as a hybrid functional-centric system with an inverted hierarchy, designed to promote collaboration, accountability, flexibility, and operational efficiency.
The KTH Family brings together experienced individuals and solution-driven minds across various fields, including education, entertainment, human resource management, business development, psychosocial support, and relationship and marriage guidance. This diversity enables KTH to address multiple dimensions of human development and life challenges.
KidsTeens Hub - KTH is non-religious and non-political. It is a social community of like-minded individuals committed to mutual well-being and the holistic development of children and teenagers - its core focus. More about the KTH Family can be explored through our programs, initiatives, and ongoing updates.
