KidSpaces, LLC and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively referred to herein as “company”, “our company”, “we”, “us”, “our”, or “our mobile app”) understand that online privacy is extremely important to the authorized users of our mobile app, especially when conductive business. We respect your concerns about online safety and privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to your use of our mobile application, located in both the Google Play and Apple Stores, and any other website, social media Internet presence and/or related services owned and operated by KidSpaces, LLC.

Our company operates this mobile app and has created this Privacy Policy to inform you of what information we collect on our app, how we use your personal information and the choices you have about the way your information is collected and used. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. Your use of this app indicates that you have read and accepted our privacy practices, as outlined in this Privacy Policy.

Please be advised that the practices described in this Privacy Policy apply to information gathered by us or our subsidiaries, affiliates of agents: (a) through this app; (b) where applicable, through our customer service department in connection with this mobile app and; (c) through sweepstakes and/or any other promotional programs.

When we amend this Privacy Policy, we will revise the “last updated” date located at the top of this page. PURPOSE

Your privacy is extremely important to us. This Privacy Policy has been developed to the highest standards and levels of integrity in dealing with our customers and describes the types of personal information we obtain about you when you visit our mobile app, how we use this information, with whom we share it, and the choices available to you regarding our use of the collected information. We also describe the measures we have adopted to protect your sensitive and personal information and how you are able to contact us about our privacy practices.

1) What information is collected and stored?

a) User provided information

We collect personal information from our visitors and authorized users of our mobile app through users’ activities, and completion of online forms. We may collect your name, contact information, birthday, and other personal information. We may also collect information about your location and activity to optimize user experience. Such information is collected, for example, when users register or subscribe for accounts, features on our mobile app, updates a personal profile, enter sweepstakes or contests, complete surveys, post materials, contribute to a chat room, bulletin board, blog or any other open forum that we may make available on our mobile app.

When you create an account on our mobile app, your account information is stored on our server. We may also ask you to provide us with certain Personally Identifiable Information in connection with the use of this site, in connection with services provided by our customer service department or in connection with online promotions or sweepstakes. For example, we may ask you to provide certain Personally Identifiable Information when you register an account with us, set up a profile, make a post, choose to sign up for an email newsletter, or participate in a promotional event. This information is used to optimize user experience in our app, ensure posts are correctly classified, and to provide services to provide quality customer service. It is used to populate a user's profile.

This information may also be used to contact you about special offers and new mobile app features unless you have opted not to receive promotional communications in connection with our mobile app. We may also ask you to provide demographic or geographical information, information regarding your posts or similar information. Sharing your exact location with other users of our mobile app is completely voluntary. Providing us with information about yourself is completely voluntary and you can always choose not to provide certain information, but then you may or may not be able to take full advantage of or participate in some of our mobile app features. We do not collect Personally Identifiable Information through third-party advertisements on our website and the Personally Identifiable Information we collect is not sold to third-parties in any way, shape or form.

Additionally, you may have the opportunity to provide us with Personally Identifiable Information, such as a name or email address of a friend or family member, such as when you choose the email addresses you supply to use for those activities, which will not be retained for other purposes unless otherwise disclosed at the time you provide such information. 2) Public Content:

a) Your Contributions

Your contributions to the Service are intended for public consumption and are therefore viewable by the public, including your photos, ratings, reviews, tips, lists. Your account profile (e.g., first name, last initial, city, neighborhood, the month and year you created your KidSpaces account, profile photos and list of friends on KidSpaces) is also intended for public consumption, as is some of your other activity through the Service, like how you vote on other people’s contributions (e.g., useful, funny, cool, helpful, or not helpful), which contributions you like, where you check-in (including when friends on KidSpaces tag you in their own check-ins), which contributions or users you follow, and which businesses you follow or bookmark.

b) User provided images

Users upload images to our mobile app that can be added to the KidSpaces app for the public to view. Photos should be non-provocative and be able to be viewed by other users.

3) Persistent Data

a) Memory caching

Like most mobile apps, we may utilize “cookies” and other memory caching. These tools enable the mobile app to remember who you are and to perform well when offline. Small text files and other data may be stored on your device’s hard drive or temporarily stored in your device’s memory.

b) Use of IP Addresses

An IP address is a number that is assigned to your computer or network when you are linked to the Internet. When you request data from this mobile app, our servers log your IP address. We may use your IP address for several purposes, such as system administration, to report aggregate information to our business partners or to audit the use of this website, we may associate your IP address with the Personally Identifiable Information you provide to us.

c) Other data

We may also collect and store information about you that we receive from other sources, to enable us to update and correct the information contained in our database to provide recommendations and special offers that we think will be of interest to you.

4) How is the collected information used? We may use the information we collect through our website in the following ways:

a) Fulfillment Requests

Our company may use the information collected through our mobile app to fulfill requests you make through our mobile app, including to send you newsletters, sharing posts, sharing profile details, or to respond to information requests you make.

From time to time, we may use the email address and postal address you provide to us to send you important information regarding our website such as changing our terms, conditions and/or policies. Due to this information being important to your use of our website, you may not opt-out of receiving these types of communications.

5) User Profile

Information shared by the user to populate the user’s profile will be viewable from the user’s profile page.

6) User Reviews

All reviews are publically. All posts designated to share the location will make this location available to those who can see the post.

7) Promotions

We may operate sweepstakes, contests or similar promotions (i.e. email sign up discount promotion), on our website. Typically, we ask you for certain information when you enter and, if applicable, win, a promotion. You should carefully review the Rules and Regulations, if any, of each promotion in which you participate in, as they may contain additional important information about our use of the information you provide in connection with the applicable promotion.

8) Internal Business Purposes

We may also use the information we collect for our internal business purposes, such as data analysis and audits. Additionally, we may also use this information to enhance our understanding of users’ interests and to aid us in providing our customers with targeted promotions and offers.

a) Service Providers

We work with third party service providers who provide services to our company in connection with our website. Our company, KidSpaces, may share the information you provide in connections to promotions with third-party sponsors of the applicable promotion (whether said promotion was hosted by us), or otherwise in accordance with the applicable rules to the promotion. Our mobile app may contain links to third-party websites, including links to social networking sites, that are not owned or controlled by KidSpaces. Your use of these features may result in the collection or sharing of information about you by these sites, depending on the feature. These linked sites are not under the control of our company and we are not responsible for the privacy practices of the contents of any linked site, or any link contained in any link site. We provide these links only as a convenience to our visitors and authorized users, and the inclusion of said links does not imply our endorsement of these linked sites. Should you provide any information through any of these third-party sites, the information you provide will be collected by, and controlled by the Privacy Policy of that third party. These third-parties may use cookies and web beacons to track the actions of its online users over time and across different web sites or platforms to deliver targeted electronic advertisements to an individual user.

You are subject to the policies of those third parties when and where applicable. We strongly encourage you to review the privacy policies and settings on the social media sites with which you interact to make sure you understand the information that may be collected, used and shared by those sites. 14) CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

KidSpaces, LLC is concerned about the safety of children when they use the app. We strongly encourage parents and/or guardians to spend time with their children online to be familiar with the websites their children visit. Our mobile app is designed for a general audience and is not directly aimed at children. (It is aimed at caregivers who want to cater to their children). Accordingly, we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen (13) or any other age where parental consent may be required without prior verifiable parental or guardian content when legally required. Should we become aware that our mobile app has inadvertently received personal information from a customer without the legally required prior verifiable parental or guardian consent, we will delete such information from our records and database.

In some instances you will be able to change your preferences regarding how we use and share your information. At any time, you can unsubscribe from KidSpaces communications by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any of our email communications.
