Kids Creativity Corner – After-School Program
At Kids Creativity Corner, we understand that family schedules can change. To support our families while maintaining the quality and preparation of our program, we offer the following cancellation and refund options:
Parents may cancel their child’s enrollment up to 7 days before the program begins.
Refund Eligibility:
A full 100% refund of all program fees will be issued.
If a cancellation is made within 7 days prior to the start date, the following applies:
Refund Eligibility:
A 75% refund of program fees will be provided.
This partial refund accounts for materials, supplies, and preparation already completed for enrolled students.
If cancellation occurs after the program has begun, families may still request a refund.
Refund Eligibility:
A partial refund will be determined by the Program Manager, based on:
Sessions attended
Remaining program duration
Materials and supplies allocated
Program expenses already incurred for the student
Refund amounts and eligibility will be communicated directly to the parent or guardian.

Approved refunds are processed will be sent out within 7–10 business days.
Program registrations are non-transferable to other students, sessions, or future programs unless approved by the Program Manager.
Kids Creativity Corner
At Kids Creativity Corner, we understand that plans can change. To help families while ensuring proper preparation for party materials, staffing, and reserved time, we provide the following cancellation and refund guidelines:
Families may cancel their birthday party reservation up to 7 days (one week) before the scheduled event.
Refund Eligibility:
A full 100% refund of all party fees will be issued.
If cancellation occurs within 7 days prior to the party, the following applies:
Refund Eligibility:
A 60% refund of party fees will be issued.
This reduced refund accounts for supplies, materials, preparation, and time reserved specifically for the scheduled event.
If cancellation occurs once the party has begun, families may still request a refund.
Refund Eligibility:
A partial refund will be considered at the discretion of the Program Manager, based on:
Time and activities completed
Materials already used
Staff time and preparation costs
Remaining services not provided
The Program Manager will communicate the final refund amount directly to the family.

All approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Parents may cancel their child’s registration up to 14 days before the first day of camp.
Refund Eligibility:
A full 100% refund of all camp fees will be issued.
If cancellation occurs within 14 days prior to the start of camp, families will receive:

A 75% refund of camp fees.
This partial refund accounts for materials, supplies, and staffing already planned for enrolled campers.
If cancellation occurs within 7 days of camp starting, the following applies:
Refund Eligibility:
A 60% refund of camp fees.
This reduced refund reflects the cost of supplies, preparation, and reserved staffing completed for the camper.
If cancellation occurs once camp is already in session, families may request a refund.
Refund Eligibility:
A partial refund, determined by the Program Manager, based on:
Number of days attended
Remaining camp duration
Materials and supplies already allocated
Staffing and program costs incurred
The Program Manager will provide the final refund amount directly to the parent or guardian.
