Eduverse ("we", "our", or "us") is dedicated to providing a safe, educational, and fun digital environment for children, toddlers, preschoolers, and families through our application "Kids Coloring & Match Games". 

We take children's privacy very seriously. This application is designed to comply fully with:

2. NO PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION

We do NOT collect, transmit, store, or share any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from any user, child, or adult.

- No names, physical addresses, email addresses, or telephone numbers are collected.

- No photos, audio recordings, or camera data are accessed or uploaded.

- No precise GPS or background location data is tracked.

- No account registration, login, or social media linking is required.

3. LOCAL DEVICE STORAGE ONLY

All user activity, achievements, high scores, coloring progress, collected cards, and audio preferences are saved strictly locally on the user's mobile device (Local Storage / Cache). 

- This data never leaves your device.

- It is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.

- If the application is uninstalled or app data is cleared, all local progress is permanently deleted from the device.

4. ADVERTISEMENTS & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES (GOOGLE ADMOB)

This application is free to use and supported by family-safe advertisements delivered via Google AdMob, an official Google Play Self-Certified Ads SDK for families.

Our advertising implementation strictly complies with Families Policy:

- COPPA Child-Directed Treatment: All ad requests are flagged with tagForChildDirectedTreatment = true and tagForUnderAgeOfConsent = true.

- Non-Personalized Ads Only: AdMob serves strictly contextual, non-personalized ads. No user profiling, behavioural tracking, or remarketing occurs.

- Maximum Content Rating G: All ads are restricted to a maximum rating of "G" (General Audiences). Sensitive categories (such as dating, gambling, alcohol, drugs, cosmetics, politics, and mature content) are strictly blocked.

- Parental Gate: Any external links or support options are protected behind an adult-only verification gate (math challenge).

5. NO IN-APP PURCHASES OR SUBSCRIPTIONS

Kids Coloring & Match Games does NOT offer auto-renewing subscriptions, hidden microtransactions, or paid upgrades. The full educational content is accessible free of charge.

6. PARENTAL RIGHTS & CONTROLS

Parents and legal guardians maintain total control over their children's app experience. Because we do not store personal data on any server, there is no remote data to review, change, or delete. Parents can reset all game progress at any time simply by clearing application storage in their device's settings or by uninstalling the app.

7. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or to comply with evolving legal requirements and Google Play policies. Any changes will be posted with an updated "Effective Date".

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using Kids Coloring & Match Games ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are a parent or legal guardian permitting a child to use this App, you agree to these Terms on their behalf.

2. INTENDED AUDIENCE & FAMILY USE

The App is created specifically for toddlers, preschoolers, early school children, and families for creative coloring, cognitive puzzle matching, and alphabet/number learning. We encourage parents and guardians to actively supervise their children's device usage and screen time.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All intellectual property rights in the App—including but not limited to artwork, characters, graphics, sound effects, music, visual designs, animations, software code, and educational content—are owned by Eduverse or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, decompile, reverse engineer, redistribute, or modify any portion of the App without prior written consent from Eduverse.

4. FREE OF CHARGE - NO SUBSCRIPTIONS

The App is provided free of charge. There are no paid memberships, recurring subscription fees, or hidden charges.

5. ADVERTISING

The App displays family-safe, G-rated advertisements provided by Google AdMob in accordance with Google Play Families guidelines. These ads are non-personalized and contextual. While we strive to ensure only appropriate ads are displayed, Eduverse does not endorse or guarantee the products or services advertised by third parties.

6. USER PROGRESS & LOCAL STORAGE

All player progress (completed activities, stars, coloring states, and unlocked items) is stored solely on the user's physical device. Eduverse is not responsible for any lost game progress resulting from device upgrades, factory resets, operating system changes, or app uninstalls.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to keep the educational gameplay smooth and enjoyable, Eduverse does not guarantee that the App will always function without interruptions, delays, or minor bugs.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eduverse shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

Eduverse reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
