Kids 'N' Us Recreation Program

Rec Program Drop-Off and Pick-Up Instructions:

Below are the 2025 instructions, these will likely change pending a construction project at the park (we are planning to install a new driveway across the park to better facilitate the process). We will email in mid-June with an update for the 2026 plans.

Both will be a drive by process and take place in the Millville Rd parking lot. Further instructions will be sent via email. Please call us at 508-473-1771 for all late drop-offs and early pick-ups.

Drop Off : 8 AM - 9 AM
- - MAP Please use the Millville Rd parking lot entrance. (29 Millville Rd). Follow the signs all the way back to Veteran’s Field, around, and back up near the bathrooms. There will be a stop sign (shown by the red X). It is very important that no cars try to make a u-turn unless they are in the Veteran's field parking lot. Wait here until directed to pull forward by staff. PARENTS AND CHILDREN SHOULD REMAIN IN THEIR VEHICLES UNTIL DIRECTED. The check-in process will take place in the area shown in orange. You may then leave back out onto Millville Rd. Please be patient as this process may take some time.
  - The program starts at 8 AM. We will not accept early arrivals before 8 AM.
  - Families are expected to notify us in advance if they plan to drop-off after 9 AM. We are unable to provide lunch to those arriving late.
- Pick Up: 4 PM-5 PM
  - MAP Please follow the same procedure as drop-off by driving to the back Veteran's Field lot, turning around and stopping at the location of the red arrow in the linked map. A staff member will be coming to each car asking for your license and will tell you when you can move up to one of our pick-up spots. Please wait for a staff member's directions to ensure everyone's safety and an efficient dismissal process.
- Late Arrivals (After 9 AM)/Early Pick-up (Before 4 PM)
  - MAP Please park in the Taft Ave parking lot. Remain in your vehicle. Call us at 508-473-1771. Staff will come out to greet you
  - Lunch is not available for late arrivals after 9:30 AM
  - Snack is not available for early departures before 3:30 PM
Clough School - All arrivals and dismissals
- MAP Please enter the main entrance to the school and proceed around the back of the building. Pull up to the posted signs near the rear entrance to the gym. Please drive slowly as there may be children or service vehicles present. Parents and children should remain in their vehicle until directed. For drop-off, the check-in process will be performed here and then children will be escorted by staff to their groups. For pick-up, staff will call children over via radio to be dismissed.
- Late Arrivals/Early dismissals, call us at 508-473-1771. Staff will greet you outside the school while you remain in your vehicle.

Authorized Pick-Up Individuals

At afternoon pick-up, we will only release your child to the primary, secondary or other contact listed on your account, or an authorized pick-up contact.

You were asked to provide this information at registration but you can update it at at any time by fllowing these instructions:

Log in to your UltraCamp account
Click on the "hamburger menu" button at the top left of your screen.
Click on "My Account", then "Overview"
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on "Pickup Authorization"
Click "Edit Authorizations" and make any changes.

Once listed, this info will remain on your account until you change it. These settings apply to all users on your account and all sessions you register for. You can make updates here as often as you would like.
