These Terms of Use govern Kids Learning Games (Android package com.acamue.k5learninghub, Apple App ID 6757768082). By downloading or using the app, the adult device owner or parent/guardian agrees to these Terms and supervises use by children.
Educational purpose
Kids Learning Games provides supplemental Kindergarten through Grade 5 practice in Math, Reading, Science, Writing, and Social Studies. It does not replace a school, teacher, professional tutor, individualized education plan, or formal assessment. Content may not match every curriculum and may contain errors. A parent, guardian, or educator should review important learning outcomes.
Permission to use the app
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for lawful, non-commercial educational practice, subject to these Terms and the rules of Apple App Store or Google Play.
You may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer except where the law permits it, interfere with the app or its security, misuse purchase systems, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app in a way that violates law or the rights of others.
Children and grown-up actions
A parent, guardian, or adult device owner should supervise the app's use. Purchases, restoration, sharing, reviews, and external links are intended for adults and use a grown-up check where implemented. A parental gate is an interface safeguard and is not a substitute for any legally required parental consent.
Optional family account
The core learning experience works without an account. A parent or guardian may create an optional adult family account to back up and synchronize account-scoped learning progress. Guest learning remains separate when signing in to an existing account. During new-account creation, the adult may explicitly choose to import guest progress from that device. Children must not create the account or receive the adult's credentials. The adult is responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping the password confidential, verifying the email address, and activity performed through that account.
The learner's synchronized data is stored under the adult account and is intended for family educational use. The app may keep an account-scoped offline copy on each device. The adult can delete the Firebase account and synchronized data from the protected account area; after Firebase confirms deletion, the app removes that account's local namespace from the device completing the request. Other offline devices may still require clearing app data or uninstalling the app.
Free and Premium service
The app may provide limited free learning access and optional Premium access. Depending on the platform and the offering shown before purchase, Premium may include unlimited lessons, mistake review, parent progress insights, and an ad-free Android experience. The features included in a purchase are those presented in the app and store at confirmation, subject to applicable law and store rules.
Purchases, subscriptions, and lifetime access
Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. The price, billing period, trial or introductory terms, taxes, and other purchase details shown by the store before confirmation control the transaction.
Subscriptions automatically renew through the applicable store unless canceled in the store account settings before renewal. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation normally stops future renewal while access continues through the paid period, subject to store rules. Refund requests and billing disputes are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
If offered, a lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-consumable entitlement for the supported lifetime of this app and the purchasing store account; it does not guarantee that every future feature or separate product will be included indefinitely.
RevenueCat verifies purchase status and Premium entitlement but does not process full payment-card details. Use Restore Purchases when reinstalling the app or moving to another compatible device using the same store account.
On Apple platforms, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies unless Apple presents a valid custom license for the app: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
Advertising
The iOS version does not display third-party advertising. The free Android version may show limited contextual, non-personalized banners in approved locations. Premium removes these Android ads. Advertising availability and placement may vary by build, country, device, consent status, and store requirements.
Availability and changes
We may fix, update, add, limit, or remove content and features to improve the app, maintain security, comply with store or legal requirements, or operate the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. If a material paid feature changes, applicable store rules and consumer law continue to apply.
Intellectual property
The app, original educational content, software, artwork, characters, branding, and other materials are owned by or licensed to the app publisher and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to users.
Third-party services and links
The app relies on Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Firebase, and, on Android when enabled, Google Mobile Ads. Their services, stores, and external pages are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond the extent required by law.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot be limited by law.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, fraud, security, legal requirements, or a material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time. Subscription cancellation and refunds remain governed by the applicable store.

Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the app, paid offering, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when revised Terms are published. Continued use after an update means acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
