Kids Games: Maze Puzzle (the "App") is a mobile application developed with a primary focus on providing a safe, fun, and educational experience for children of all ages, specifically targeting groups: Ages 5 & Under, Ages 6-8, and Ages 9-12.

Because our App is designed for children, we are committed to providing the highest level of privacy protection.

1. COPPA Compliance (U.S. Law)

Our App is designed to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose any personal information from children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with information without their consent, they should contact us immediately, and we will take steps to ensure such information is never stored or used.

2. GDPR and GDPR-K Compliance (EU Law)

"We strictly follow the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), particularly the specific protections for children (GDPR-K) within the European Economic Area (EEA). We do not collect any personal data as defined by GDPR. Our processing of any local game settings is based on the necessity to provide the App's core functionality. In accordance with Google Play’s Families Policy:

• We do NOT collect, store, or share any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as name, address, email, phone number, or precise location.

• We do NOT use any Login or Social Media integration that could identify a child.

• We do NOT collect Device Identifiers (like IMEI or Android ID) for the purpose of creating a persistent user profile or behavioral advertising.

4. Non-Personal and Local Data

The App may save certain settings locally on your device (such as the selected character, world theme, or difficulty level). This data remains on your device and is never uploaded to our servers or shared with third parties.

5. Third-Party Services and APIs

• Analytics: We do not use third-party analytics tools that track individual user behavior.

• Ads: Our App is currently AD-FREE. If we introduce ads in the future, we will only use Google Play Certified Ad SDKs that are compliant with the Families Policy, ensuring they do not track children or show inappropriate content.

6. Mandatory Parental Gate

To ensure children remain in a safe environment, any links that lead outside the App (such as to our Privacy Policy or the Google Play Store) are protected by a Parental Gate. This requires an adult to solve a mathematical challenge before the link can be accessed.

7. Data Safety and Retention

Since we do not collect any personal data, there is no risk of data breach from our side. We do not maintain any database of children’s information.

8. Information for Parents

We encourage parents to spend time online with their children and to become familiar with the privacy settings of the devices they use. Our goal is to provide a "Teacher Approved" quality experience that prioritizes your child's wellbeing.
