Deogratius ("we," "us," or "our") operates the KidMath mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting the privacy of our young users and their families.

Because KidMath is designed for children under the age of 13, this Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play Developer Policies.

1. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

KidMath is specifically designed for children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect, store, or share any personal data from children.
We do not require children to enter personal details (such as names, emails, addresses, or phone numbers) to use the math tasks in the App.

2. Information Collection and Use

To provide a smooth learning experience, the App utilizes two types of data management systems:

SQLite (Local Database): Game progress, scores, and math task history are stored directly on your device. This data is entirely local. We cannot access, view, or collect this information.
Firebase (Google Cloud Backend): We may use Firebase infrastructure to support app functionality. Any data processed via Firebase is restricted to non-personal, technical, or anonymized infrastructure data (such as app performance or non-persistent configuration states) that does not identify your child.

3. Third-Party Services

We use Firebase, a service provided by Google Inc.

To comply with COPPA and Google Play’s Families Policy, any Firebase SDKs integrated into KidMath are configured to ensure they do not collect persistent identifiers for behavioral advertising or user profiling. Firebase is used strictly for internal app operations and performance monitoring.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Since we do not collect personal data, we do not store personal information on our servers. Local data stored via SQLite remains on your device until you clear the App's data or uninstall the App.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. Parents are encouraged to review this policy periodically for any changes.
