By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using KidLearn ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

These Terms apply to:

• Parents and guardians creating accounts

• Children using the App under parental supervision

• Any person accessing the App's content or features

If you are under 13, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Use of the App

KidLearn grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal and educational purposes.

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes

• Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or distribute the App

• Not use automated tools to access the App

• Not create accounts for others without their consent

• Keep your login credentials secure

GR Studios reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password

• All activity that occurs under your account

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access

For children's accounts, the parent or guardian is responsible for all account activity. We recommend parents regularly review their child's activity and account settings.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in KidLearn — including but not limited to games, graphics, characters, music, sounds, text, and code — is owned by GR Studios or its licensors and is protected by copyright law.

You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content

• Create derivative works based on our content

• Use our characters or branding in any way

• Record or stream gameplay for commercial purposes without written permission

User-generated content (if any) remains your property, but you grant GR Studios a licence to use it within the App.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

GR Studios does not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service

• That all educational claims will apply to every child

• Compatibility with all devices

To the maximum extent permitated by law, GR Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GR Studios regarding the App, superseding any prior agreements.

7. Changes to Terms

GR Studios may update these Terms at any time.

When we make changes:

• We will notify you via email or in-app notification

• The "Last Updated" date will be revised

• Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the App.
