In your email, please include the email address or username associated with your KidKare account so we can identify your account and process your request.
Once we receive your request, we will verify your account and permanently delete your account and associated personal data within 7 business days.
The following data will be permanently deleted:
Account information
Profile information
Daily activity records
Hygiene tracking data
Any other personal information associated with your account
We do not retain your personal data after your account has been deleted, except where retention is required by applicable law or for security, fraud prevention, or other legal obligations. Any retained data will be kept only for the period required by applicable law.
