Answer: Crawler to age 5 for our soft play and small bounce house
For the larger White bounce houses up to age 10
What areas do you service?
Answer: Most of the Central Valley from Chowchilla to Kinsgburg and small towns in between (Kerman, San Joaquin, Firebaugh, Mendota)
There may be a travel fee associated with any location 30 miles or more. Some locations are not serviceable and some weekends due to scheduling.
How do I book a party?
Answer: Google form, social media, calling, or texting me with desired date/time. I will respond as soon as I am able to. Once I confirm date is available you can pay your deposit. It is your responsibility to pay the deposit to ensure your date is secure, I will send 1 follow up reminder and if still not paid you are at risk of losing your date.
What is the deposit to book?
Answer: There is a $50 deposit to book all packages. Additional deposit may be collected for larger venue or larger number of participants.
What if I do not have the money to book but I inquired about a date?
Answer: Unless a deposit is in place you have the chances of losing your desired date. I highly suggest paying the deposit as soon as you can. In the event you need to cancel, you can always reach out to me. Unless, we have discussed and agreed on payment/booking arrangements.
Do you accept payments?
Answer: Absolutely! Once your deposit is made I gladly accept payments on remaining balance, I just ask that you reference your party date each time so I can keep track of payments.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Answer: Venmo, Cash App, or Apple Pay for deposit. Methods mentioned above or cash.
*ACH or Checks may be accepted as long as there is 5 business days between payment and party to allow for payment to clear*
What is the cancellation policy?
Answer: 48-hour courtesy notice is required for refundable deposit. If it is an unforeseen circumstance or bad weather then we can either reschedule or I will issue you a refund. Failure to provide accurate notice will forfeit your deposit but you will receive any additional payments you paid toward your balance.
How long until I receive my refund back if I cancel?
Answer: I will issue refunds through the same method in which they were paid. Payable within 5-7 business days. If refund is not received by 8th business day please reach out to me.
Is your equipment clean?
Answer: The equipment is very clean! It is disinfected after each party and given an extra wipe down at set up. I disinfect down to each individual ball for the ball pit.
What happens if we want more time and only opted for 4-hour party?
Answer: As long as there is not another party scheduled you can keep for desired amount of time, and I will adjust payment accordingly. Additional payment will need to be made right away.
When do you want the remaining payment?
Answer: You can pay ahead of time for your party or the day of.
If you have a remaining balance on the day of party, it is due immediately upon setup. Please make arrangements to make sure payment has been taken care of prior to setup if you do not plan on being on site while play area is being setup
Can I book on a week day?
Answer: We typically only book weekends, however if my helpers or my own personal schedule allows, we will be able to do it.
What happens if my child doesn't like it or if we didnt end up using the equipment?
Answer: Unfortunately refunds will not be issued for not using the equipment.
How far in advance should I book?
Answer: You are more than welcome to inquire about a date even if it is a few days away, you might be able to snag one! However, I highly recommend at least 2 months in advance as we are fully booked most months.
Do you do parties on holidays?
Answer: If my personal schedule allows I will set up on holidays. Full Price + $100 applies for major holidays. (Example: full day party $330 + $100 surge charge for holidays)
What happens if something breaks while we're using it?
Answer: Please report all damages immediately via messenger, text or by calling me! A picture as well as an incident summary will be needed. As long as you do not fail to report it, you will typically not be charged unless it is direct negligence. All customers will sign a waiver prior to their party to enforce this.
What if someone gets hurt?

What type of surface is needed?
Answer: All surfaces must be dry and free from mud and pet waste. Surface must also be flat as well as grass surfaces freshly mowed. I will provide a tarp however if it is a dirt surface I request that you also provide a tarp for protection of the equipment and additional deposit may apply. It is recommended that the bounce house be on a grass and have a stake-able surface so that it does not move or slide but I can also work with concrete or tiled surfaces and provide sand bags.
Do you do parties at parks?
Answer: Each city has their own set of regulations for vendors. Check with your city's parks department to see if the bounce house is allowed. I hold liability insurance and a business license if requested. However, some parks do not offer power outlets.
Please be advised that I do not provide a generator!
For the parks that do not allow the bounce house, we offer a play area only package.
Do you provide a canopy for shade?
Answer: Summer months a canopy is provided as the equipment can get miserably hot in direct sunlight, There will be a $10 up charge during spring/winter months and is only available upon request prior to arrival.
Can I request a particular set up?
Answer: Absolutely! Equipment styles like ball pits, flooring, bounce house and gate may vary each party since I have multiple parties going at one time. If there is a style or particular picture you want me to use for inspiration please screenshot it and show me when booking, otherwise there is a chance you may not get exactly what you want.
What are some things that we need to know about booking hours?
Answer: If your party is going to end after 8pm, I kindly ask that you hold your party in an area where I can leave equipment safely until next morning due to safety concerns.
What if I want to reschedule?
Answer: Reschedules are subject to availability, however I will do my absolute best to do what I can to accommodate the change. If I cannot accommodate your change a refund will be issued.
