1. Payment
Payment is required immediately after the service is completed.
Proof of payment must be provided before departure.
Price may increase depending on location
2. Cancellations
A R50 cancellation fee will apply if the service is cancelled within one hour of the scheduled time.
3. Booking & Availability
Bookings must be made at least 2 hours in advance.
Last-minute bookings (within 1 hour) are subject to availability.
4. Health & Safety
The child must not have any contagious illness at the time of service.
Any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs must be disclosed before the booking.
Emergency contact details must be provided before the service starts.
5. Parental Contact & Emergencies
Parents/guardians must remain reachable at all times during the babysitting period.
In case of a medical emergency, the babysitter will contact the parents first. If unavailable, emergency services may be contacted, and the parents are responsible for any medical costs incurred.
6. Behavioural Issues
If the child exhibits extreme misbehaviour or aggression, the babysitter reserves the right to contact the parents for immediate termination of service. Full payment will still be required.
7. House Rules & Expectations
The babysitter will follow reasonable household rules (e.g., bedtime, meal restrictions) as long as they are communicated in advance.
Babysitting does not include housework beyond basic tidying related to childcare.
8. Liability
The babysitter is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or allergic reactions that occur during the service, provided reasonable care was taken.
No responsibility will be taken for property damages made by child.
9. Payment & Refunds
Only [cash/bank transfer/etc.] payments are accepted.
No refunds for completed services.
