By using Kiddie AI ("the App"), you agree to the following terms:
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be
bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do
not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Kiddie AI is an educational AI companion app designed for
children ages 3-15. The app provides:
- AI-powered conversational learning
- Image generation with various art styles
- Voice interaction capabilities
- Parental controls and monitoring
3. User Accounts
- The App uses anonymous authentication — no email or
password required
- Parents are responsible for supervising their child's
use of the App
- The Guardian PIN feature is provided for parental
access control
4. Acceptable Use
Users agree to:
- Use the App for educational and entertainment purposes only
- Not attempt to bypass safety filters or content moderation
- Not use the App to generate inappropriate content
- Supervise children's interactions with the AI
5. AI-Generated Content
- All content is generated by AI and may not always be accurate
- We do not guarantee the educational accuracy of AI responses
- Generated images are for personal, non-commercial use only
- AI responses should not be considered professional, medical,
or legal advice
6. Subscriptions & Billing
- Premium features require an active subscription
(Monthly or Yearly)
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and
managed by the App Store
- Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled
at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- To cancel, go to iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
7. Intellectual Property
- The App and its original content are owned by Kiddie AI
- Conversation transcripts and generated images created
within the App belong to the user
- Users grant us a limited license to process (but not store)
their content solely to deliver AI responses
8. Limitation of Liability
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the App
- We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App
after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
