As a mother of a young child, I know firsthand that managing daily school pickups can be a stressful ordeal due to the traffic congestion around the school. To address this, I created the KidCab app, which introduces an effective queueing system. 

Through the app, parents and caregivers can notify teachers when they arrive at the gate, ensuring teachers are up-to-date with real-time information on who is coming and the specifics of carpool arrangements. 

With KidCab, the need for parking is eliminated; parents simply drive by the gate for a seamless door-to-door service for their children. Additionally, the app helps direct traffic in a single direction, significantly enhancing the smoothness and organization of the pickup process.
