What it's all about?
Kickstart is an integrated martial arts program that allows for total well being. Learn traditional martial arts in the spirit in which it was intended. We employ full body fitness and emotional health to teach practical self defense, disciplined movement, and character development. Helping each student find their individual self worth is the key to our program.
We welcome all regardless of gender or faith. However; we are located inside of a Christian facility and as part of our partnership with Holy Love Lutheran Church and Preschool, we include prayer and Christian components within our Nova and Teen/Adult classes.
Proceeds from Kickstart benefit the chosen charitable projects of Halo Girls Corps and Holy Love Lutheran Church. A portion of the proceeds also go back to Holy Love Preschool and Kindergarten.
