Getting started

• Meet to discuss type of business and accounting system

• Start or take over QuickBooks Online account

• Organize & input existing transactions to current date (Additional one time fee)

On-going support

• Download & categorize monthly transactions into QuickBooks from business bank account

• Income & expense categorization. Option to scan & add your receipts to QuickBooks

• Email monthly financial statements to client e.g. Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, 1099 Statements, Sales Tax Reports and many more.

• Calculating & Paying your Sales Tax on your behalf

• Monthly correspondence regarding financial status

• End of year financial reports for your taxes
