Base info:

-Base prices cannot be negotiated lower. If my prices are too high for you, I am not the artist for you

-All of the base prices are personal use

-Please be specific with the matter you are contacting me with. I will not respond to emails with [No Subject]

-Time taken could be from 1 week to 1 month, depending on how my stress levels are and how busy I am with college

-I allow unlimited revisions, but please be specific with what you'd like me to draw for you. This helps me get to drawing, and getting progress to you asap

-I do not do refunds

-You MUST inform me if you intend to use the commission for a commercial use, and your intended use of it

-Commercial use of commissions for marketing (Youtube/Twitch/Patreon/etc)are min. x2 price of the set price 

-Commercial use of commissions for merchandise (stickers/shirts/etc)are min. x3 price of the set price
-Commercial rates may be higher depending on the use and nature of the project

-I will send all commissions via email, or google drive.

-I reserve the right to use all commissioned works in promotional works, posts, etc.

-If you wish for your commission to be private, please include that at the end of your form. I will refrain from posting it

-I have the right to decline your commission if I feel uncomfortable drawing it, if you are rude to me, or if you violate any of my T.O.S. Please respect "No" 

I can draw:

-All genders

-Humans

-Couples (and yes I can draw kissing)

-Animal ears/tail

-Fanarts

-Cute characters

-Light blood/gore

(Contact me for NSFW options)

I cannot draw:

-Too much gore/blood

-Armors

-Muscular characters

-Intense Furries/Anthro

-Anything that makes me feel uncomfortable

How to order a commission:

-I accept Paypal, and Ko-fi 

-100% of payment will be taken upfront

-Please pay within 48 hours after me confirming your commission. If you are unable to communicate with me after 48 hours of payment request, your slot will be waived 

-ONLY pay after I have confirmed your commission. Anything sent before confirmation will be considered a tip

Commissioners are allowed to:

-Print or use commission for any personal use

-Claim the character

-Post or use the art in a profile picture with credit given to Kicheuu

Commissioners are NOT allowed to:

-Insert my art into an AI database. You will be immediately blocked.

-Claim the artwork as your own

-Trace, Copy, or Edit my artwork 

-Use for commercial use without commercial permission from me
