Kiat Wai was able to showcase his user centric toilet concept through innovative designs that enable everyone to create a safe, hygienic and comfortable home that they love every day. Multigenerational living under one roof presents a myriad of challenges and opportunities for designers to make a real meaningful impact on family lives. 

Together with Kiat Wai's friend from bio medical engineering, they went through a whole process of conceptualizing, researching, rendering and realizing their idea for a sustainable exhibit for ascendas reit on the topic of global warming and its various effects. From the conceptualizing stage to execution phase where they worked closely with paper carpenter, they learnt about various limitations and how to work around it.

Kiat Wai participated in a youth art competition in secondary school, wining himself a position to display his artwork in National Gallery Singapore. Using digital art as his medium to showcase his art and interpretation of his topic of raising awareness about our procrastinating habits and its severity. Despite his lack of experience in digital art then, he took the leap and managed to reach the other end.
