- If a commission is canceled by you, I will refund all but the 25% down payment! (This is to insure I do not lose money due to material costs)

- Once a commission is canceled, I have the right to adjust markings on the character in order to resell the product. The character will NOT have any resemblance to your character before being sold.

- I require the client to pay all shipping fees on their products. I am not responsible for any fees that occur from shipping!

- Once the product is shipped I am in no way responsible for what happens in the mail! I will package the parcel to the best of my ability, and if the package goes missing or is damaged we will file a claim and I will refund you what it was insured for.

- IMPORTANT: I only automatically insure up to $1000 CAD. If you want more coverage, please talk to me directly and we can go through a private sender! It will cost more, but if the product is damaged or lost I can refund you fully. If we do not go through a private sender and the product is lost or damaged I only refund the $1000 CAD.

- You are eligible for a 2 month warranty from the date that the product arrives to you! This is only eligible for mistakes made by me! I ask that the buyer pays shipping to me, and I will pay the shipping back to you.
- Once the product has passed the 2 month warranty, you are no longer eligible for the free fix warranty, BUT I am willing to discuss modifications and alterations after the warranty with a fee!

Pets
- I live with a dog! I try to prevent him from coming in contact with the materials, however he spends lots of time in my office so I cannot guarantee there will be no cross contamination.
