Chamba Rumal : Every Thread Tells A Story

Chamba Rumal is one of the oldest embroideries of India. It is a double sided embroidery popularly known as 'do-rukha'. This project was a way to research this heritage craft and incorporate it in new styles. The Inspiration was an ancient architectural site, the Laxmi Narayan Group Of Temples in Chamba.  For this, My teammate, Shakshi and I stayed in Kiyani, a village around 10 kilometers away from Chamba for a month, learning the craft from the craftspersons themselves. We went there with help from Himachal Pradesh Crafts Emporium, Rang Mahal Branch, Chamba.

Campaign Design : Triptych 2020 - Graduation Show

'Triptych' is the Graduation Show organized by Satyam Group of Institutions every year to showcase the work of the graduating designers. I have had the opportunity to design the entire campaign including the logo, invites, catalogue, banners and signages etc for the event.
