Mess rules

Conditions of Stay in the Mess

1. At the time of booking the meeting, 1 month's rent must be paid in advance and dining charge (non-refundable) 500/- taka must be paid. At least 4 names must be present when entering the mess.

2. Each month's rent must be paid between 1st and 7th. Otherwise, a late fee will be charged. 100 taka between (7-10) dates, 300 taka between (10-15) dates.

3. The mess owner must be informed 1 month before moving the mess seat.

4. If the room lights, fans, etc. are damaged, the repairs must be done by the owner. (If done intentionally or unintentionally)

5. No electric heater or iron can be used. If caught red-handed, the person will be immediately evicted from the mess without notice, after paying the rent of the current month and the next month.

4. Smoking is not allowed in the room

7. It is prohibited to keep guests in the mess (the owner's permission is required in special cases). If not, disciplinary action will be taken. Must enter the mess before 11 PM.

08. The lights and fans must be turned off when leaving the room. The lights must be turned off after using the toilet.

09. It is mandatory to follow the decisions made by everyone.

10. If a student causes any physical or mental harm in the mess due to emotional outbursts, that student or his/her parent/guardian will not be able to blame the owner or take any legal action.

11. The room must be kept clean at all times.

12. One should not engage in seditious activities.

13. The director has the power to add or remove new rules in the above rules in the interest of time.
