Cybersecurity Awareness 

The Gujarat government's Education and Home Affairs Departments initiated the Cybersecurity Awareness and Creative Handholding Kendra (CAWACH) to promote online safety and educate young people about cybercrime. In support of this initiative, MK Bhavnagar University conducted a month-long campaign spearheaded by Dr. Dilip Barad, raising digital awareness among students across 17 departments, as well as various nearby schools. The campaign focused on cyber threats, self-protection, and responsible internet use, with CAWACH team led by Ms. Prakruti Bhatt and Ms. Megha Trivedi delivering engaging sessions on staying safe online, identifying cyber threats, and securing personal information. Faculty and students who played a key role in the campaign were recognized for their contributions with certificates and financial rewards, celebrating their dedication to leading sessions and managing the campaign's organization, while also inspiring continued efforts to promote cybersecurity awareness within the university.
