I am faculty member at Institute of Economic Growth. Prior, I was associated with Delhi School of Public Policy and Governance, University of Delhi, Institution of Eminence as Maharishi Kanad Post Doctoral Fellow. I hold my Ph.D. in Economics from Centre for International Trade and Development, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.
My area of research includes development economics, health economics, economics of education and economics of gender. My research work has been published in Journal of high repute, Economics of Education Review, Journal of Public Health, Springer, The Indian Economic Journal, SAGE. I have received Thomas Stern's Best Ph.D. Thesis Award (Runner's Up) by Environment for Development (EFD) held at Nairobi, 2024. I have also received Best Paper Awards at International Conference on “Sustainable Development in International Higher Education: Strategies to achieve Gender Equality and Development” organized by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University & Jawaharlal Nehru University. I have also been awarded with the best paper award in the International Conference on “International Conference on Growth, Development, and Sustainability” organized by Flame University, Indian Econometrics Society and Wage Indicator Foundation. I have also awarded with the Scholarship by J-PAL/CLEAR South Asia/IFMR for attending the workshop on “Measurement and Survey Design”. I has been awarded Junior Research Fellowship and Senior Research Fellowship from University Grant Commission. I have secured rank consistently for three years during my undergraduate at University of Delhi.
I aspires to contribute significantly in the growth of students, faculty colleagues, department, and organization by facilitating at various platforms such as organizer of various seminars, events, and workshops. I have helped manage and build processes in organization and is presently leading various crucial activities at Departmental level and University level.
