Upon confirming your purchase, the subscription fee will be charged to your iTunes Account.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
To manage or cancel a subscription, access your App Store Account Settings after purchase. Renewal charges will be applied 24 hours before the current period ends, and pricing details will be provided by our customer support team.
A valid App Store account is required for subscription payments.
The Company exclusively owns all rights to the application, including intellectual property protected by copyright, trademarks, and other legal safeguards. You may not:
Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works, transfer, or sell any content from the application.
Our application is provided on an "as is" basis, without express or implied warranties. The Company does not guarantee that the application will meet your requirements or function without errors or interruptions.
The Company is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our application, including indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To improve performance and introduce new features, the app may receive regular updates via the App Store. By using our app, you consent to receiving such updates automatically or manually.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and the Company regarding the use of the application, superseding any prior agreements, whether written or verbal.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
The Company reserves the right to modify subscription fees at any time at its sole discretion. Any changes will apply to subsequent billing cycles.
We may update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the application after changes take effect signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
