We built the Khud Aqiidah app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Kassim Mayow Ahmed at no cost and is intended for use as is.

A. Location Data (For Prayer Times)
Our app includes a Prayer Times feature that requires access to your device's precise location (GPS).
Why we need it: We use your location solely to calculate accurate prayer times based on your geographical position (Latitude and Longitude).
How we use it: Your location coordinates are sent securely to a third-party API (Aladhan.com) to retrieve prayer timings.
Privacy: We do not store, save, or share your location history. The location data is processed instantly and is not used for tracking purposes.
B. Audio & Media
The app plays audio files stored locally within the app. We do not access your personal media files, photos, or other sensitive data stored on your device storage unless explicitly required and permitted by you.
3. Third-Party Services
The app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.
4. Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
5. Cookies
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
