IMPORTANT CHANGE: This is a 36 team event and due to the limitations of the new scoring software we will be running two fields versus our usual three. The new live scoring is a benefit but the Qualification Matches will take longer. The tentative schedule below reflects the projected changes. We hope to complete the award ceremony before 7:00. Please keep this in mind when scheduling buses. You can help keep the schedule running smoothly by being on time for all matches. We will not hold matches for teams, we will run without you.

- Park by the football field.
- Please note there will be ACT testing in the school so please only enter the gym doors.

- 8:00 AM Inspection Begins (Station 6 First Come First Served)
- 8:20 AM - 6207 gets inspected at Station 2
- 8:15 AM Judging Begins
- 9:45 AM - 6207 Judging 1
- 11:15 AM Judging Ends

When to be There
When to be There
- The facility will open for teams to start unloading and setting up at 7:30 AM. Teams will not be admitted into the auditorium/gym to begin unpacking their robots and setting up their pit area until 7:30 AM. Early arrivals can stay warm in the lobby.
- At 7:30 kids can start setting up while 1 coach heads to check-in.

- All coaches please report to Registration Table in the lobby from 7:30-8:00 AM to register your teams. We cannot generate match schedules until all teams are registered.
- Please note that if you are scheduled for an 8:15 AM inspection or judging, you should register closer to 7:30.
- If you experience traffic or delays, please do not panic, simply call or text our hotline at 314-520-0848 and let us know the status of your arrival.

- A concession stand will be operating as a fundraiser. Menu to be provided via email. See last page of below PDF for Menu.
- I've pre-ordered 4 Papa John's Pizzas for the 10 Students & Coaches I know will be there.
- There is no lunch break. Please eat as your team schedule allows.
