I am a Professor of Economics at Chungbuk National University (CBNU), South Korea. I received my Ph.D. from the department of economics at the University of Arizona, U.S.A. in 2011, was a faculty member at Korea Army Academy at Yeong-cheon (KAAY) from 2005-2021. My research interests are labor economics and applied microeconomics, particularly for economics of education, labor market impact of job mismatch (incl. skill/educational mismatch), gender differences in labor market outcomes, and the economic status of minorities (incl. people with disabilities).
