Refund Policy - Khoojoh App
This Refund Policy governs the refund and cancellation process for orders placed through our Khoojoh App as well as subscriptions to our AI Chat Bot feature. By using our services, including both food delivery and AI Chat Bot, you agree to comply with this policy. Please read it carefully.
1. Order Cancellations:
1.1. If you wish to cancel a food order, you must do so before the restaurant or vendor has started preparing the food. Once the preparation process has begun, cancellations may not be possible.
1.2. To cancel an order, navigate to the "Order History" section of our app, locate the specific order, and follow the cancellation instructions provided. Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team for assistance.
1.3. If your cancellation request is successful, any payment made for the canceled order will be refunded to the original payment method used for the transaction.
2. Refunds for Order Issues:
2.1. We strive to ensure a smooth and satisfactory food delivery experience. However, in the event of order issues such as incorrect items, missing items, or food quality concerns, please follow the steps below:
2.2. Contact our customer support team immediately or within a reasonable timeframe from the delivery completion. Provide details of the issue, including order number, items affected, and relevant supporting information such as photographs, if applicable.
2.3. We will review your request and, if deemed valid, initiate a refund for the affected portion of your order.
2.4. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.
3. Refunds for Payment Errors:
3.1. If you experience a payment error during the ordering process, such as duplicate charges, overcharges, or unauthorized charges, please contact our customer support team immediately.
3.2. We will investigate the issue and, if confirmed as an error, refund the overcharged or unauthorized amount to the original payment method used.
4. AI Chat Bot Subscription Refunds:
4.1. If you have subscribed to our AI Chat Bot feature, the following refund policy applies:
4.2. Subscription fees for the AI Chat Bot are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
4.3. In the event of a technical issue or service outage that prevents the proper functioning of the AI Chat Bot feature, we may, at our discretion, provide a refund or credit for the unused portion of your subscription.

5.1. Refunds will be processed promptly, but the time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution involved.
6. Amendments:
6.1. We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our app.
