Founded in 2012 and registered as Khipfit Media Productions by Mr. El-Ngugar Agav, the company began offering services such as events videography, screenwriting, actor-training and stage production.

In 2016, the company benefited from the Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) Business Innovation & Growth (BIG) Platform grant, and expanded to offer the array of services currently offered. Consequently, the company incorporated, the name changing to Khipfit Media Synergy Ltd (RC: 1469628), with two subsidiaries, Gafa TV, and Khipfit Records.
