Each year, the Kitsap Housing and Homelessness Coalition (KHHC) recognizes nominated individuals, teams, programs, projects, and organizations for their efforts to end homelessness in Kitsap County. Please use the links below to submit your nominations. The KHHC Executive Committee will make the award decisions and host an in-person award ceremony in May 2026.

Honoring the many staff members of organizations out there doing really amazing work on a daily basis without much opportunity for them to be publicly recognized. We need to honor staff who goes the extra mile!
Nominations should be for a project that started within 2025.
Nominations should be for a person, project, or organization that has demonstrated extraordinary community impact in 2025.
Nominate a volunteer who went above and beyond.
Nominations should be for an elected official (local, state, or federal) that has demonstrated their extraordinary commitment to the issue of homelessness within 2025.
Nominations should be for a person that has demonstrated extraordinary effort and impact on homelessness over the course of their life and/or professional career. Please describe the person, their efforts to improve lives of people experiencing homelessness, the community impact, and why the person should receive this award.
