Khedut Darpan ("App", "Application", "we", "our", or "us") is a technology platform developed to assist farmers across India in managing agricultural activities, recording farm-related expenses and income, tracking crop profitability, accessing market information and obtaining agriculture-related insights through a mobile application.

The App may provide, among other services:

• Farm accounting and expense management.

• Crop-wise profit and loss tracking.

• Mandi and market price information.

• Weather forecasts and agricultural advisories.

• Farm activity management including irrigation, fertilizer and machinery tracking.

• Multi-language support for Indian users.

• Agriculture-related information and notifications.

The features and services available through the App may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

2. Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, registering for, accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.

Khedut Darpan is a privately owned and operated application.

The App is not owned, operated, endorsed, sponsored or affiliated with any Government department, ministry, statutory authority, public sector undertaking or government agency of India or any State Government.

Any information regarding government schemes, notifications, market prices, advisories, or public programs is obtained from publicly available sources and is provided solely for informational convenience.

The inclusion of such information shall not be construed as any form of government endorsement or partnership.

▸ Accuracy of Information

While reasonable efforts are made to ensure that information available through the App is accurate and current, we do not warrant or guarantee the completeness, reliability, accuracy or timeliness of any information.

Information displayed within the App may originate from third-party sources, public databases, government portals or external service providers and may change without notice.

Users are solely responsible for independently verifying information before making any agricultural, financial, commercial or operational decisions.

Weather and Market Information Disclaimer

Weather forecasts, mandi rates, agricultural advisories, crop information, commodity prices and similar content are provided for informational purposes only.

Khedut Darpan shall not be liable for any loss, damage, crop failure, business interruption, financial loss or other consequences arising from reliance upon such information.

Users should independently verify critical information before acting upon it.

▸ User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.

• Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.

• Use the App in compliance with applicable laws.

• Refrain from submitting false, misleading, unlawful or fraudulent information.

Users are solely responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts.

▸ User Generated Content

Users may voluntarily upload photographs, documents, expense records, farming data, voice inputs and other content.

The user retains ownership of such content. However, by uploading content, the user grants Khedut Darpan a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, process, display, transmit and use such content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining and improving the App and its services.

Users shall not upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading, fraudulent, obscene or infringes upon the rights of any third party.

▸ Intellectual Property Rights

All software, content, trademarks, logos, databases, graphics, designs, text and intellectual property associated with the App are owned by or licensed to Khedut Darpan and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Users shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, copy or commercially exploit any portion of the App without prior written consent.

Continued use of the App after publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of such revisions.
