I am a Ph.D. candidate (Presidential Fellow) in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the State University of New York at Buffalo, advised by Dr. Peter Qiang Liu. I completed my M.S. and B.S. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering at the University of Chittagong, where I was advised by Dr. Mohammad Abdul Alim. I previously received the prestigious ICT Fellowship from the Ministry of Post, Telecommunications & Information Technology, Government of Bangladesh, for my M.S. thesis. I also served as the Chairperson of the IEEE Student Branch at the University of Chittagong.

Research Interests: Nanophotonics and Optoelectronics; Liquid Metals; Quantum Well Infrared Photodetector; GaN-High Electron Mobility Transistor (HEMT); Terahertz and Infra-red Devices; and Perovskite Solar Cells.
