Cancellation Policy

We retain the right to cancel or reschedule course dates, taking into account factors such as inclement weather, insufficient registration, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. During training sessions and road tests, students are required to possess their valid driver's license, as well as any necessary eye-glasses or contact lenses, if prescribed.

Customers are advised that cancellations on their part may be subject to our refund policy, detailed below.

To cancel, a notice must be provided at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson.

Failure to give the required notice will incur a late cancellation or no-show fee as detailed below:

Late cancellation fee: $50.00 per scheduled hour

No-show fee: $50.00 per scheduled hour

Subsequent lessons will not be scheduled until any outstanding fees for missed lessons are settled in full.

REFUND POLICY

We are open to considering transfers and substitutions if a notice of 24 hours is provided.

It is important to acknowledge that we hold the authority to cancel, postpone, or reschedule a course at our discretion (please refer to our cancellation policy). In the event that substitute dates offered are not convenient for you, a full refund will be issued.

If you need to change or cancel your enrollment in our New Driver Education course, here's how our refund policy works:

Once the theory part starts, the initial deposit can't be refunded.
You need to pay the remaining balance before starting the practical part.
If you've paid for the full course but don't finish the practical part, we may refund part of the fee, depending on our discretion.
After one year from the start date, all payments become nonrefundable, and any remaining services will be forfeited.

In the event that a road test is cancelled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, resulting in the driving instructor being present with the student at the test center, a 50% fee will be applied to the student. However, if the driving instructor and student have not yet embarked on the journey to the road test, no fee for the road test will be imposed on the student.
