My Story as a Learning Designer

I’ve spent the last decade building a career around one core belief: learning should never feel like a chore.

I started as a classroom teacher, where I learned how to break down tough concepts, meet learners where they are, and design content that actually sticks. But I quickly realized I wanted to do more than teach—I wanted to design the entire learning experience. 

Now, I work behind the scenes creating smart, intuitive, and visually engaging training. I’ve led the design of comprehensive training academies, developed targeted communication programs for global professionals, and created tools to help non-native English speakers thrive in English-speaking workplaces. 

My work lives in a combination of clarity, design, and results. I care about how things look, how they feel to the learner, and—most importantly—how well they work. I love researching new tools, concepts, and ideas. Whether you need a full curriculum or a powerful one-off module, I bring strategy, creativity, and heart to every project.
