Khadamti is a private household staff organizer designed to help users manage household staff information, salaries, documents, expenses, and reminders.
This Privacy Policy explains how Khadamti handles information.
1. Information Stored on Your Device
Khadamti allows you to enter information such as household staff names, roles, salaries, documents, contract dates, expenses, reminders, notes, and optional related details.
This information is stored locally on your device. We do not operate a user account system, and we do not upload your household staff records to our servers.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the app.
2. Purchases and Subscriptions
Khadamti offers optional Pro features through in-app purchases and subscriptions.
Purchases are processed by Apple and managed with RevenueCat. RevenueCat may process purchase history and related subscription information to validate purchases, enable Pro features, prevent fraud, and provide purchase-related analytics.
We do not receive or store your payment card details. Payment processing is handled by Apple.
3. Notifications
If you allow notifications, Khadamti may schedule local reminders for salaries, document expiry dates, contract end dates, or other reminders you create.
These reminders are generated on your device. You can disable notifications from your device settings.
4. Face ID / Device Authentication
If you enable app lock, Khadamti may use your device authentication method, such as Face ID, Touch ID, or device passcode, to protect access to the app.
Khadamti does not collect or store biometric data. Biometric authentication is handled by iOS.
5. Support Contact
If you contact us by email, we may receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your message. We use this information only to respond to your request.
6. Analytics and Advertising
Khadamti does not use third-party advertising SDKs.
Khadamti does not use tracking for third-party advertising.
If analytics tools are added in the future, this Privacy Policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated accordingly.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data.
Purchase-related information may be processed by Apple and RevenueCat for app functionality, purchase validation, subscription management, fraud prevention, and analytics related to purchases.
8. Data Deletion
Because household staff records are stored locally on your device, you can delete your data by deleting records inside the app or uninstalling the app.
If you contact us by email and want your support request deleted, you may request deletion by contacting us.
9. Children’s Privacy
Khadamti is not intended to collect personal information from children.

Khadamti is a private organizer. It is not affiliated with any government authority, recruitment platform, or official service provider. The app does not provide legal advice. Users should refer to official authorities in their country for legal or procedural information.
