By using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. App Purpose
Khadamti is a private household staff organizer. It helps users organize household staff information, salaries, documents, expenses, reminders, and related records.
Khadamti is not a recruitment platform, not a government service, and not affiliated with any government authority or official domestic worker platform.
2. No Legal Advice
Khadamti does not provide legal advice, employment advice, immigration advice, or official procedural guidance.
Any information inside the app is for organizational purposes only. Users should refer to official authorities in their country for legal, employment, immigration, or procedural information.
3. User Responsibility
You are responsible for the information you enter into the app.
You agree not to use the app for unlawful, abusive, misleading, or harmful purposes.
4. Local Data
Household staff records entered into the app are stored locally on your device unless future sync or backup features are added and clearly disclosed.
You are responsible for backing up your device and protecting access to your device.
5. Pro Features and Purchases
Khadamti may offer Pro features through subscriptions or one-time purchases.
Payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, according to Apple’s subscription rules.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your Apple ID account settings.
6. Lifetime Purchase
If offered, the Lifetime purchase unlocks Pro features for the lifetime of the app as made available by the developer. It is a one-time, non-consumable purchase.
7. Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies.
8. App Availability
We may update, change, remove, or discontinue features to improve the app, fix issues, comply with legal requirements, or maintain service quality.
9. No Warranty
Khadamti is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or that reminders will always be delivered, as notifications may depend on device settings, iOS permissions, and system behavior.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses, missed reminders, incorrect user-entered data, legal consequences, employment disputes, or decisions made based on information stored in the app.
11. Privacy
Your use of Khadamti is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
