Applying to Events

General Guide

1. Go the the Events page to find all the events for the month!

2. For the event you'd like to join, click on the event's poster to get directed to the event's application form!

a.The appliction form will ask for you basic information and any other additional questions.

3. Once you submitted your application form, the team will recieve your application!

4. At least a day before the event, the team will send you an invitation email for the event!

On event day, have fun and enjoy the event!

I haven't recieved the event invitation! Who do I contact?

First, check your junk/spam mails! In many cases, it has been sent there first.

If it is not ther, you have 3 options!

Option 1 【highly recommended】: Contact the Team! You can find the Team's email in the Team Leaders page.

Option 2 : Contact Project Managers. Project Manager's email is also located in the Team Leaders page.

Option 3 : DM (direct message) to IEP's Instagram! An IEP member may be able to respond to you in time for the event!

I can't go to an event anymore. Do I contact someone?

It's okay if you cannot make it to an event anymore! There is no need to contact us :)

Who can go to these events?

KGU students and students from KGU's partnered institutions can join IEP events!

If you are not part of KGU or from any partnered university but would like to join IEP events, please ask and reach out to Project Managers
