Information We Collect
When you use our app, we may collect the following categories of data:
● Device Information
Device type, operating system, language, IP address, and mobile identifiers, including Advertising ID and other device or app identifiers.
● Usage & Event Data
App interactions and feature usage events, such as share_success, photo_saved, onboarding_complete, app activation, first_open, app installs, trial start, paywall interactions, and other in-app events used for analytics, attribution, campaign measurement, retargeting, and app improvement.
● Monetization & Subscription Data
Trial starts, subscription status, purchase confirmations, and purchase-related events.
Note: We do not collect or process payment card details. Purchases are handled securely by Google Play.
● Ad Interaction Data
Information about ads you view or click, used for ad delivery, campaign attribution, retargeting, and performance measurement.
● Facial Data (if you use face-editing features)
Facial landmarks are processed only on your device for editing purposes.

How We Use Information

Third-Party SDKs and Services
We integrate third-party tools for analytics, ads, attribution, mobile measurement, and functionality:
● Meta (Facebook) SDK – Collects device identifiers and app events for ad performance measurement, personalized ads, audience creation, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
● Google AdMob – Provides in-app advertising and may collect ad interaction data, device identifiers, and related usage data for ad delivery and measurement.

● Adjust – Provides mobile measurement, attribution, fraud prevention, campaign measurement, and audience-related services. Adjust may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, app events, install events, trial start events, subscription or purchase-related events, attribution data, and diagnostic data.
These services may process data according to their own privacy policies.
Information Sharing
● We do not sell or rent your personal information.
● We may share device identifiers, app activity, ad interaction data, attribution data, diagnostics, and purchase or subscription-related events with advertising, analytics, attribution, and mobile measurement partners, including Meta, Google AdMob, Firebase, and Adjust.
● We may use shared event data, including trial start or subscription-related events, to create advertising audiences, measure campaign performance, prevent fraud, and retarget users through advertising platforms such as Meta.
● Aggregated, non-personal data may be shared with advertising or analytics partners.
● We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, property, or users.
Your Privacy Choices
● Ad Preferences: You can opt out of personalized ads by resetting your device’s Advertising ID in your phone settings or by using the privacy controls available on your device.
● Consent Management: In regions like the EEA/UK, we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads or using data for advertising where required by law.
● Account & Data Deletion: If you create an account, you can request deletion in-app or by emailing support@kitegamesstudio.com.
Children’s Privacy
The app is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we discover such data, we delete it immediately.
Data Retention & Security
● We retain data only as long as necessary for app functionality, subscriptions, analytics, attribution, advertising, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
● Subscription and purchase records are kept for billing, analytics, attribution, fraud prevention, and support.
● Upon request, we delete user data within a reasonable timeframe, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, or compliance purposes.
● We apply technical and organizational measures to safeguard your data, but no system is completely secure.
Facial Data Processing
● Facial landmarks are processed locally on your device.
● We do not upload, store, or share this data with any server or third party.
Data Deletion Requests
We respect your right to delete your personal data. If you wish to request deletion of your data related to Beauty Editor, you can do so by contacting us directly:
● Email: Send your request to support@kitegamesstudio.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request – Beauty Editor”.
● Details to Include: Please provide your Android device type and any relevant device or advertising identifier information you are comfortable sharing.
● Processing Time: We will confirm receipt of your request and delete your data within 30 days, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, or compliance purposes.
Note: Since Beauty Editor does not use an in-app account system, deletion requests will apply to any data linked to your device or advertising identifier, rather than an app account.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted in the app and/or on our website. Please check periodically for changes.
