Do you deliver?
YES! We can deliver any of our rental items.
What if I need to change my order or my table and chair amounts?
Not a problem! You will have until 2 weeks ahead of your event date to adjust your rental order & table/chair amounts. We will contact you 2 weeks ahead of your rental date to finalize your order, and request location for any tent or inflatable installation.
How do your inflatables and tents get secured in case of wind?
Our inflatables and tents both have stakes that we place in the ground. If we are unable to place a stake (i.e. if it's on concrete) we will use other weights to hold it down. Both inflatables and tents will have an extra fee if we are unable to stake it down.
What surface will you set up an inflatable on?
We will only set up inflatables on grass, indoors, or smooth surfaces. Grass is most preferred. If it needs to be set on a different smooth surface, an extra fee may be applied.
Is there an extra delivery fee?
Yes, we charge a delivery fee based upon our warehouse location to your event location. We charge on a per mile basis, with a minium of $45.
What's the best way to contact you?
The best way is either by phone or email. We will send a copy of your rental quote via email once we receive your information.
What payment methods do you take?
We can take cash, check, or card.
When will you deliver?
We will deliver your rental items based on your event date & location. For events over the weekend, we can deliver on a Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday and then pick up the items on Monday or Tuesday (if your event location allows). We work with venues and event sites for deliveries and pick ups as well.
Do I need to contact the dig hotline for tent or inflatable staking, or who takes care of that?
KG Party Rentals will take care of the dig hotline request ticket, we will ask that you know where you will want your tent or inflatable 2 weeks ahead of time.
Can I pick up my rental items instead of having them delivered?
Yes! We do allow customer load outs at our warehouse for certain rental items.
I am looking to set up a tent on concrete, can you do that?
Yes!! We can set up a tent on concrete. Our frame tents can allow us to set it up on concrete, or where we are unable to place a stake in the ground. There is an extra fee for the concrete package, as we need to haul concrete blocks and set them place. We do not allow our pole tents or sectional tent to be placed on concrete.
How many people fit under each tent size?**
20 x 20: 30-40 people
20 x 30: 50-60 people
20 x 40: 60-80 people
40 x 40: 130-175 people
40 x 60: 180-275 people
40 x 80: 250-375 people
**These are all estimates; actual amount depends on how tables are placed and spaced out.
Do I need to be there when you deliver or pick up?
For delivery, we do require that someone is around, to make sure we know exactly where to place rental items. For pick up, we do not require someone to be there, but only to be able to access our rental items (i.e. unlocked doors, easy accessibility to our items, snow is plowed, etc.).
When do you need payment?
For majority of our items, we request payment upon delivery. We also have waiver forms for every order to read & sign as well. Some of our items will require a downpayment.
What if I want to rent a tent in case of rain, and I don't need it due to the weather?
We understand that it is hard to plan for rain. We will allow tent cancellations up until 2 weeks of your event date. If you decide to cancel after that 2 week mark, there will be fees for the tent. Inflatable cancellations will also have a cancellation fee if after that 2 week ahead date.
