Affordability - I want to provide service that is affordable for everyone. I do not use a "flat rate" system. I do my research on how long and difficult the job is, and price my labor costs as fair as possible.
Reliability - I want to overtake my competitors, and the only way to do that is show reliability. That's why I offer a 10% discount to any customer whose appointment I am more than 10 minutes late for, or is rescheduled by me. I plan to be punctual to all my clients, and do my job to the very best of my ability.
Compassion - Kansas City was built on unity. I plan to keep that notion going through superior customer service, providing a fair price that won't break the bank, and showing kindness to all of my customers.
