1.5.3. On the Results page, players can also click on ‘more details’ and it will show them the ‘question-by-question’ statistic for all players.
1.5.4. From the previous screenshot a player can see that there is a "Rating" column on the site. The rating is a measure of the difficulty of the questions answered by the player. The higher the rating, the more difficult the questions they answered were. In KFL the rating is not taken into account in any way.
1.6. If the player notices that the timer has frozen or "Connection lost" appears at the bottom of the screen in red letters, the easiest way to fix everything is to refresh the page in the browser.
1.7. If the player see that some answer has not been counted, they should do the following:
a) Reload the page in your browser. Usually, after the host checks the last answer, there's a delay while the players see it. Refreshing the page will fix this problem.
b) If rebooting didn't help, then the player need to contact the host by voice or message them in Zoom chat. You need to give the question number (e.g., 1.21 or 2.8) and ask for a recheck. Most often the players' answer was not counted, not because it was wrong, but because the host did not notice it.
c) If players wish to challenge their answer and feel that their answer is as good as the author's, they need to let the host know. The host can either count the answer immediately, if they decide that the player's answer is indeed as good as the author's, or they can leave it up to the end of all games and then make a decision based on the information they can find.
1.8. Players are allowed to open images in a new tab in the browser. This usually gives better resolution, and can sometimes be very useful. To do this, players need to right-click on the image and select "open in a new tab".
