Model Portfolio

The spreadsheet is a real model portfolio of $20K of investments funded on 08/30/2021 with an intention to exit by 11/01/2023. It is generated by a web application available on the My Expected ROI page.

The spreadsheet has three tabs.

1. Sheet CoOps All lists all 130+ deals the investor made. The coop names are obfuscated. The coops are color-coded based on the status.

2. Sheet CoOps Active represents status of active coops.

3. Projected ROI tab dynamically calculates expected investment gain/loss based on some assumptions.
