Refund and Returns Policy

KillerFreak ("we", "us", "our") operates https://killerfreak.com (the "Website") and provides digital gaming content and services, including FIFA/EA FC tutorials, pro tactics, skill training libraries, weekly new content, membership subscriptions (KF Classes Tier 1 and Tier 2), personalized 1-on-1 coaching, priority support, and related offerings (the "Services").
Due to the digital and instantaneous nature of our products and services, we have a strict refund policy as outlined below. All sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Our Services consist primarily of digital products (video tutorials, training libraries, downloadable tactics/guides, weekly content updates) that are delivered instantly upon successful payment and account activation.
Because digital content is immediately accessible and can be viewed/downloaded/copied, we generally do not offer refunds for the following reasons:
Change of mind
Dissatisfaction after partial or full access
Inability to use the content due to technical issues on the customer's end (e.g., internet speed, device compatibility, browser issues)
Failure to complete the content or achieve desired results
Refunds for digital products are only considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:
The content is materially defective or not as described (e.g., video does not play at all despite troubleshooting)
Technical failure on our end preventing access for more than 48 hours after purchase
To request an exception, contact support@killerfreak.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number, detailed description of the issue, and proof (screenshots/videos). We will review and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Subscriptions provide recurring access to premium content, weekly updates, coaching features, and priority support.
No prorated refunds for partial months or unused access once a billing cycle has begun.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — no further charges will occur, but no refund is issued for the current period.
Refunds for subscriptions are only granted in cases of:
Material breach by us (e.g., prolonged unavailability of core services)
Within 7 days of initial signup if no meaningful access has been used (e.g., no logins or content viewed)
To cancel or request a refund, email support@killerfreak.com with your account email and order/subscription details.
1-on-1 coaching sessions and priority support are scheduled services.
Cancellations/Rescheduling: Must be requested at least 24 hours in advance via email or your account. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
Refunds for coaching sessions are only issued if we cancel or reschedule without providing an equivalent alternative.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (via our processor, e.g., Paystack/Stripe/Flutterwave).
Processing time: Up to 10 business days (depending on your bank/card issuer).
We do not refund transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or taxes.
We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion (e.g., goodwill gestures for long-term members). This does not create a precedent or obligation for future cases.
