Purge Ranks and Duties

Purge Army Ranks:

Inquisitorius Command:

Command are members of Inquistorious who have been here the longest and know all of their assigned duties and the duties of those below them. They have large amounts of power and must be able to use this properly and to better Inquistorious as a whole, They should not be disturbed with duties the Purge Command Team can handle, and you must always follow COC before coming to them.

Grand Inquisitor: Complete control over of all inquisitorius
Inquisitor: Vice Commander to inquisitorius

Purge Command:

Purge Command are members of the Inquistorious who has experience and the necessary steps to become a true leader. They are tasked with leading and assisting all lower positions of Inquistorious, making sure the battalion is running smoothly, and making sure orders are being issued to lower ranks by NCOs. They are also tasked with keeping an extra eye on the activity of all members of Inquistorious and issuing promotions to NCOs that have proven themselves, They work along-side Inquisitorius command.

Commander (Able to promote/demote to CPT)                                                                                                                                         You lead purge and have the ability to promote/demote anyone in purge. You should be overseeing the entire battalion and working closley with Inquisitorius command to better our entire battalion.

Officers:

Purge Officers have proved time after time that they have the qualaties of leader. They are tasked with leading and assisting all lower positions of Inquistorious, making sure the battalion is running smoothly, and making sure orders are being issued to lower ranks by NCOs. 

Captain - CPT                                                                                                                                                                                                   You help lead purge right under the commander. You should be helping to oversee the entire battalion and working closley with Inquisitorius command to better our entire battalion.

Lieutenant - LT                                                                                                                                                         Work alongside the NCO's and lower to make sure the battalion is operating without any problems, Working closly with command to keep the battalion running at it's absolute best.

 Non-Commissioned Officer Ranks:

Non-Commissioned Officers first rank is Sergeant. you are expected to be fully knowledgeable about every aspect of the Battalion. You are to teach the enlisted the duties of an NCO, and lead by example. NCO's are to be focusing on Tryouts & Managing the Enlisted. They work closely with Officers to improve the general status of the battalion.  

Sergeant Major - SGM
Sergeant Majors are viewed as the Commanders of all NCOs. Most NCOs will come to you for guidance, Information, questions...etc, You should deal with any situation that an Officer shouldn't be bothered to deal with. You should also plan out what you want to do differently as a Officer.

First Sergeant - 1SG                                                                                                                                   First Sergeants are tasked with teaching new NCO's and the current NCO's we have, reporting any issues to Officer Ranks.

Master Sergeant  - MSGT
Master Sergeants are tasked with teaching new NCO's and the current NCO's we have, reporting any issues to Junior Officer Ranks, or a Senior NCO.

Sergeant First Class - SFC
Sergeant First Class is one step away from being a Senior NCO. You should be fully capable of leading and setting the example for day-to-day operations.

Staff Sergeant - SSGT
Staff Sergeants still carry out the duties of Sergeant, It's simply just a rank where you can get more experience as a Non-Commissioned Officer. 

Sergeant - SGT
Sergeant is the first NCO rank, and as such you are expected to be fully knowledgeable about every aspect of Purge. You are to teach the enlisted. the duties of an NCO, and lead by example.

Enlisted:

Enlisted are expected to learn the ins and outs of the Inquistorious, They are encouraged to ask questions and understand their limits and what Purge has to offer later in the chain. They have the ability to be promoted and they will be prioritized based on their experience, ability to lead, and understandings of the battalion. 

Corporal - CPL
Corporal is one rank away from NCO, and as such you are expected to show a lot of leadership potential. As a Corporal, you may now want to start planning on tryouts & situations that may arise when doing tryouts. 

Lance Corporal - LCPL
Lance Corporal is the rank where you need to pay attention to what the NCO's do, how they work, and what plans you may way to take off them when leadings.

Private First Class - PFC
Private First Class is not much different from Private, however you are expected to watch over the Privates. You are expected to be more experienced then Privates 

Private - PVT (Unlocks Purge Trooper)
Your job is to learn from those above you in Purge and learning the ropes around the battalion, You should be up to date on the SOP, as-well as other documents and you should know the primary duties of your job.

Rank Cooldowns

PVT -> PFC No Cooldown

PFC -> LCPL 1 Day

LCPL -> CPL 1 Day

CPL -> SGT 3 Days

SGT -> SSGT 3 Days

SSG -> MSG 4 Days

MSG -> SGM 1 Week

SGM -> LT Appointed by Command

LT -> CPT Appointed by Command (only one CPT at a time)

CPT -> CMDR Via Application
